Penal Matters
In New Jersey, the relevant criminal code is under N.J.S.A. 2C:1-1 et Seq. This Office provides consultation and defense in select Municipal Court Matters, Disorderly Persons Offenses and select Indictable Criminal Matters. The Shareholder is a former Municipal Court Judge in Both Essex and Union County Municipalities.
