She is also a published case law litigator, former Municipal Court Judge, United State Army Veteran, and committed social justice advocate and civil rights activist. As an advocate, she fights tirelessly for her clients and has assembled a team of professionals who share in her commitment. As of 2025, Ms. Cosby serves as the Municipal Attorney for the City of Pleasantville, the Assistant Municipal Attorney for the City of Linden, Special Counsel to Passaic County Board of Social Services, Special Counsel to Newark Parking Authority as well as outside defense counsel to several municipalities. She is also the host of "I don't do small talk" a podcast focusing on societal solutions.
